Donald Pierce is an extremely ruthless, relentless, calculating and intense man and also a brilliant genius as he knows how to deal in situations of fights and conflicts and also he has a very twisted sense of humor.
He is also shown to be an egotist ,as he looking at things in a different way and keeps to prove himself as a man whose always going to obtain his goals.
