Levene was a CIA agent and colleague of Moira MacTaggert.
Biography

Levene and Moira found Colonel Hendry in Las Vegas. Moira went in and found the Hellfire Club with him. Later on, Moira was telling him that they should go after Sebastian Shaw but when he went to get a drink, Professor X froze him wanting her to meet him.
