Lynn Collins portrayed Kayla Silverfox in X-Men Origins: Wolverine.


Collins was born in Houston, Texas.[1] She attended the Juilliard School for Drama[2] and has had experience on both stage and screen in Shakespearean roles. In 2004, she played the role of Portia in the critically well-received film The Merchant of Venice, based on Shakespeare's play, starring opposite Al Pacino, Joseph Fiennes and Jeremy Irons.

In 2010, Collins filmed Unconditional [3] in Nashville, Tennessee, playing Sam. The film is directed by Brent McCorkle and was originally titled "Firebird". She also played Dejah Thoris in the film John Carter.[4]

In 2006, Collins began dating actor Steven Strait. Strait announced the couple's engagement in 2008, and the two were later married.
